CONGRATULATIONS 
For the new schedule of online teaching which has brought a lot of positive response .I am aware that it was chaotic but your patience and dedication is what made it work in just 3 days .
These are truly challenging times - I consider it so because each of us is challenging ourself to adjust with the new environment that life has thrown at us. We look around us at this moment and observe uncountable blessings and gratitude brings us to our knees .
As you are aware the  Educational Institutions are under tremendous pressure of NOT asking for fee and yet paying our staff. Though the Government servants are being paid but the Private companies are deducting a percentage of salary . One can't blame the other as it's a complete circle .
Situation demands that we too adjust (not compromise) our comfort zone and thus I have decided NOT TO INCREASE THE ANNUAL FEE to lighten their burden. This in turn would lead to NO ANNUAL INCREASE IN OUR SALARY. this year .
I have complete faith that we are CHEERFUL GIVERS and His Blessings will  continue to provide for us
